SPONSOR The Muchacho for a Year — Decatur Grand Opening Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Muchacho Decatur, LLC, doing business as Muchacho and Muchacho Decatur, located at 129 Church Street (“Sponsor”). Contact: caroline@electric-hospitality 678.579.5100 ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of the state of Georgia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, have access to the internet, and live within 150 miles of the Sponsor's location. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agencies involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. ENTRY PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins at 8AM Eastern Time on Friday, November 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Time on Sunday, November 22, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s entry system is the official timekeeping device. HOW TO ENTER During the Entry Period, visit https://ehos.electrichospitality.com/sweepstakes/win-muchacho-for-a-year, complete the entry form with the required information, and submit it to receive one entry. Limit one entry per person during the entire Entry Period, regardless of email address used. No purchase, restaurant visit, social media follow, tag, or share is required. Automated entries, fraudulent entries, and attempts to exceed the entry limit may be disqualified. Entries must be received before the Entry Period ends. PRIZE One winner will receive “Muchacho for a Year,” consisting of twelve $100 gift cards - comprising a total value of $1,200. Total approximate retail value: $1,200. “Muchacho for a Year” is a promotional description of the stated prize and does not mean unlimited food or beverages. The prize is redeemable at Muchacho Decatur, located at 129 Church Street, Decatur, GA 30030.  The gift cards operate as normal purchased gift cards.  They may be redeemed individually or in any combination until the total retail balance on the gift cards is extinguished.  Gift card balances can be applied to any legal purchase at Muchacho, and the balances can be applied to all retail purchases, applicable taxes, and tips.  Redemption of the gift cards and service will adhere to the normal standard of care provided to of any retail guest. The gift card balances are not restricted to use one calendar year. The prize is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. No transfer or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS On or about Monday, November 23, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. WINNER NOTIFICATION The potential winner will be contacted at the email address provided on the entry form within 5 days of the drawing and must respond within 48 hours of notification. Sponsor may require verification of eligibility and completion of reasonable prize acceptance and tax documentation. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. No purchase or payment to Sponsor is required to claim the prize. MARKETING CONSENT Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, city, social media profile or name, and any photo or statement they provide. This use is for promoting the Sweepstakes and Muchacho without additional compensation. The winner may be required to sign a Publicity Release. Social media activity is not required to enter or win. If an entrant tags Muchacho in a post, Sponsor may reshare it and will remove the reshare on request. PRIVACY AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS Entry information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to Muchacho marketing emails. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or the chances of winning. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromise the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it to the extent permitted by law. If terminated early, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before termination. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY For purposes of this section, “Released Parties” means Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and any agencies involved in administering the Sweepstakes. It also includes each of their officers, directors, members, managers, employees and agents. By entering, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses or damages arising from, participating in the Sweepstakes; accepting, possessing, redeeming or using the prize, or being unable to use it; consuming food or beverages obtained with the prize; any technical failure, error or misuse of entry information in connection with the Sweepstakes. The prize is provided “as is,” without any warranty beyond the terms stated in these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not responsible for any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that limits redemption of the prize. SOCIAL PLATFORM DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases and holds harmless Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform from liability arising from participation in this Sweepstakes. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. Sponsor will provide the winner’s first name, last initial, and city of residence where permitted by law.
